Six Chair Productions is a Boston-based entertainment company that specializes in festival and event development, musically-minded marketing experiences and consulting services for events, artists and brands. From strategy to development and execution, Six Chair brings extraordinary experiences to life.
Founded in 2016, Six Chair's debut event "Festival at the Farm", located in Canton, MA, carved out a unique identity by combining nationally-known musical artists like Amos Lee, Dawes, The Wood Brothers and Trampled by Turtles alongside a one-of-a-kind farmer's market and vibrant programming for all ages. With a unique ability to appeal to all ages of music fans, Festival at the Farm not only became a much-loved New England music festival but it also acted a cornerstone marketing event for our client Pete and Gerry's Organic Eggs.
Six Chair Productions was founded by Boston-based music industry veteran James Macdonald. James brings two decades of music industry, marketing and event production experience to Six Chair. Prior to founding Six Chair, James developed and executed marketing programs at Virgin Records America and The Life is Good Company.
